Here at ComfoClean, a bedrock of our business is including honesty in everything we do, so we’ve crafted our policies to be simple, clear, and user-friendly. As such, this page is intended to transparently explain how our online scheduling system works.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check and major credit cards.

When will my credit card be charged?

While we do require a valid credit card number to confirm your appointment, it will not be charged until our technician completes the work. However, we will put a 30-day authorization on you card at the time of your online scheduling.

After your cleaning appointment is complete and we’ve made sure that you’re satisfied with the results, you may pay using the credit card already on file, or by check or cash if you prefer.

 Caution !  Any payment, transferred on our business account is not refundable. 

When will my cleaning occur?

The great news is that you get to pick the date and time of your carpet cleaning appointment! At ComfoClean we understand you already lead a busy life, so we can work around your schedule.

However, we do not recommend scheduling an appointment more than 30 days in advance.

If necessary, can I reschedule my carpet cleaning appointment?

Sure you can! Although if at all possible, we kindly ask that you avoid cancelling within 48 hours of your originally scheduled appointment. This allows us adequate time to adjust our schedule accordingly.

When you’re ready to reschedule your carpet cleaning appointment, simply log in to your ComfoClean online account and navigate to the "Appointments" tab. Once there, click on the "Reschedule" button, pick your date, and then choose your preferred arrival window. It's as simple as that!

Can I cancel my appointment? How do I get a refund?

At ComfoClean, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your carpet cleaning appointment. And because we want to give you one less thing to worry about, we make the process simple (although we kindly ask that you try to avoid cancelling within 48 hours of your original appointment).

To cancel your appointment, simply log in into your ComfoClean online account and navigate to "Appointments" tab. Once there, click on the "Cancel" button and you’re all done.

Important note: When cancelling your appointment, we simply remove the authorization hold from your credit card, and no further transactions will be processed. However, please keep in mind that cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee. 

Is the ComfoClean website secure?

You can count on it! We’ve taken several important steps to provide you with a secure, worry-free scheduling experience:

  • We use a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant hosting service.
  • We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers.
  • We use an SSL Certificate to securely encrypt all sensitive information.
  • We use Authorize.net, an industry leading credit card processor that provides an additional layer of security and fraud prevention.

What is the ComfoClean privacy policy?

Another core value of ComfoClean is confidentiality. In keeping with this value, we only collect the information provided by you when scheduling your appointment on our website. Then, we only use that information for internal administration and to fulfill your service request. We never share your personal information with any third party.
